Khotimatul Khoeriyah (Iyah) is the Volunteer Coordinator of Harapan Fian, with a strong passion for education and working with children. A graduate of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, she has been volunteering with PKBI Yogyakarta since 2013. Iyah brings valuable research experience in sexual and reproductive health rights, gender equality, and the climate crisis, which enriches her work in supporting Harapan Fian’s mission to empower marginalized communities.

Mustika Rani is a mother of three and a longtime member of a street-based community whose lived experiences have shaped her into a dedicated community organizer. Having navigated the daily realities and challenges faced by families in vulnerable situations, Rani brings deep empathy, resilience, and sharp insight into her work. Her journey fuels her passion for advocating on behalf of her community, ensuring their voices are heard and their best interests are prioritized.

Suprihatun

Luna, a co-founder of Harapan Fian, is a dedicated Community Organizer with a strong passion for advocating for women facing legal challenges. A beneficiary of the Kejar Paket C program (equivalent to high school), she pursued further studies in law, equipping her with the skills to support marginalized communities. Luna has worked with PKBI Yogyakarta, PBHI Yogyakarta, and Vesta, gaining extensive experience in advocacy. In addition to her role at Harapan Fian, she is actively involved with OPSI DIY, an organization that supports marginalized women in Yogyakarta.

Ahmad Syaifuddin (Didin), co-founder  of Harapan Fian, bringing his extensive experience in women empowerment and queer advocacy gained through his work with various NGOs. He actively contributes to community development as a board member of PLUSH Yogyakarta, a queer-based organization, and Sindikasi, a labor union for creative workers. Didin is also a member of KUNCI Cultural Studies Forum, reflecting his commitment to cultural and social issues beyond his role at Harapan Fian.

Sapar

Sapar, co-founder of Harapan Fian alongside Didin, draws inspiration from his own experiences as a child in a street situation and a beneficiary of Harapan Fian’s alternative education program, through which he earned his Kejar Paket C diploma (equivalent to high school). Now a Community Organizer at Harapan Fian, Sapar has been recognized with the Pioneer Youth Award for his contributions to supporting children and teenagers in street situations. He is also an active youth leader in Bumijo sub-district, where he continues to inspire and empower his community.
